Dark and White Chocolate Cake 香浓巧克力奶油蛋糕

Ingredients 材料: 5 egg yolks (蛋黄) 60g caster sugar (细砂糖 ) 80g corn oil (玉米油) 100ml milk (牛奶) 120g plain flour (纯面粉) 30g cocoa powder (可可粉) 5 egg whites (蛋白) 100g caster sugar (细砂糖) Dark chocolate cream : 150g dark chocolate (黑巧克力) 100ml milk (牛奶) 150g non-dairy whipping cream (植物性鲜奶油) White chocolate cream : 80g white chocolate (白巧克力) 50ml milk (牛奶) 80g non-dairy whipping cream (植物性鲜奶油) 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
Chocolate ganache : 200g dark chocolate (黑巧克力) 100g UHT whipping cream (动物性奶油) 20g butter (奶油) Topping : 150g whipped cream (鲜奶油) 9” round cake tin Bake at 140°C for 50 minutes. Then bake at 160°C for 10 minuets
