Almond Cookies 杏仁酥

Does anyone love Almond like I do?
Then you probably at the right place~ I'm sharing on how to make delicious Almond Cookies, the moment you ate 1 pcs of this cookie, it just feels like you couldn't resist to have another pcs.

Ingredients 材料:

300g plain flour (普通面粉)
100g almond nibs(杏仁粒)
100g ground almonds(杏仁粉)
100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
200ml cooking oil(食油)

(2 egg yolks add a pinch of salt and mix well - for glazing )

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minuets.
