Over 30 years, I grew from a self-learner to a teacher, and subsequently entering the social media platform like Facebook & Youtube. After all these years, I truly understand, this is not by chance, this is because of the support of my friends & family.

I would never thought things would end up this way, that is, becoming an online Baking Guru on Youtube

Life is full of unexpected, "Kathrine Kwa Baking Tutorial"was not something I planned intentionally. During my time of offering class, I have only limited slots for students, and hard to cater to all. Soon I found alternatives to be able to share with more people, which is, to create steps by steps videos and post on social media. With the help of my kids, I successfully produced my first video"Caramel Kaya 焦糖咖椰" . Now I am competent in filming, editing, posting video too, and this is what I enjoy doing a lot. All the good feedbacks and comments indeed play a crucial role motivating me to do even more.
Now, I am active in multiple baking related groups in Facebook, and happily get involved in every sharing session and event. 
  • 2013 work with publisher Yum Yum on a regular basis.
  • 2016 work with Eu Yan Sang Malaysia to produce an advertisement video about CNY cookie- Kuih Kapit
  • 2017 Set up Youtube channel “Kathrine Kwa Baking Tutorial”，share recipe in the form of “step by step”video.
  • 2018 work with Astro AEC on a CNY cookie programme.

如今更上一层楼，推出第一本个人特辑《Kathrine Kwa Favourite Recipe匠心原味》
