Baked Tapioca Kuih /Kuih Bingka Ubi 烘木薯糕

Present to you guys simple and easy yet stunning Baked Tapioca Kuih ~ lets make this delicious snacks together~

Ingredients 材料:

500g grated tapioca (磨碎木薯)
150g caster sugar (细砂糖)
120ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
20g melted butter
1 egg (鸡蛋)
1 tbsp tapioca flour (木薯粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
1/2 tbsp custard powder (蛋黄粉)

7 inch square baking tray 

Bake in pre-heated oven at 190°C for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
