Coffee Layered Kuih 咖啡椰浆糕

For my fans who love coffee like myself, I bet you guys would love this Coffee Layered Kuih that I prepared~~ make sure to follow the steps and make your own lovely yet delicious "Kuih" ~

Ingredients 材料:

250g rice flour  (粘米粉)
50g green peas flour  (绿豆澄粉)
50g sago flour (沙谷粉)
70g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
450ml thick coconut milk  (浓椰浆)

700ml water (水)
280g caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 pieces pandan leaves, knotted (3片香兰叶)
1tsp salt (盐)

10”x8”  steaming tray or 9”x 9”
