Coconut Angel Cake 椰香天使蛋糕



Ingredients 材料:

180ml Coconut milk (浓椰浆)
30g corn oil (玉米油)
100g plain flour (普通面粉)
20g corn flour  (粟粉)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)

250g egg whites (蛋白)
100g caster sugar  (細砂糖)
1/4 tsp cream of tartar  (塔塔粉)

22cm chiffon mould (戚风模)
