Ingredients 材料:
500g red beans (红豆)
1000ml water (水)
350g sugar (白砂糖)
250g peanut oil (花生油)
60g maltose (麦芽糖)
Method:
1. Clean red beans, use high pressure cooker,cook for 50 minutes.
2. Blend red beans into paste.
3. Pour paste into wok, add in sugar ,using medium heat stir-fry until almost dry. Pour in oil in several times and keep stirring until it turns almost dry. Lastly add in maltose, using low heat and keep stirring until it does not stick to the wok.
