Coffee Meringue 咖啡蛋白糖霜饼

Ingredients 材料:

180g egg whites (蛋白)
150g caster sugar  (幼糖)
25g corn flour  (粟米粉)
2 tsp instant coffee powder + 1 tsp warm water
(小匙即溶咖啡粉加入1小匙热水混合均匀)


Bake in a preheated oven at 120°C for one hour.
放入预热烤箱以120°C 烤1个小时。
