Red Bean Mochi Snow Skin Mooncakes 紅豆綠茶麻糬冰皮月餅


Ingredients 材料 :

Green Tea Mochi (紅豆綠茶麻糬):
50g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
20g corn flour (粟粉)
15g plain flour (纯面粉)
1 tsp green tea powder (小匙绿茶粉)
30g caster sugar (幼糖)
125ml fresh milk (鲜奶)
2 tbsp oil (大匙油)
2 tbsp condensed milk (大匙炼奶 )

Mix all ingredients and steam for 10 minutes until cooked.

30g melon seeds (roasted)

Skin 月饼皮 :
200ml cooled boiled water add in 1/8 tsp red beet juice powder (小匙甜菜根粉加入200ml冷开水)
150g cooked glutinous rice flour (gao flour) (糕粉)
150g icing sugar (糖粉)
30g shortening (白油)
