Traditional Chinese Pandan Steamed Cake 传统蒸鸡蛋糕(香兰口味)

Ingredients 材料:

3 eggs (3粒鸡蛋) 300g plain flour (300g 面粉) 250g caster sugar (250g 幼糖) 200ml pandan juice (6 pandan leafs add in 200ml water )
(200ml 香兰汁 或 斑兰汁 (取5、6片香兰叶加水200ml放入攪拌机打烂,过沥取汁)) 1. Beat eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolves, or light and fluffy. 2. Fold in sifted flour in 3 batches, add in pandan juice and mix well. 3. Pour into a small bamboo basket lined with greased proof paper, steam in the preheated steamer over high heat for about 20-25 minutes until cooked .
