Chinese Style Murukku 姆鲁古

这是我们马来西亚的当地小吃-姆鲁古,相信在国外的朋友应该没有品尝过吧。 在此,我就分享给大家制作姆鲁古的过程。 脆脆的口感一定会让大家喜欢吃的。感谢大家。

This is our Local snacks in Malaysia - Murukku, I guess you guys have not try this on overseas before, let me share this recipe for you guys "Chinese Style Murukku".  I'm sure the crunchiness of this Murukku would makes everybody like it.

Ingredients 材料:

300g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
50g chickpea flour / gram dhall flour (马豆粉)
1 tbsp chili powder(辣椒粉)
1 tbsp sugar (糖)
1/2 tbsp salt(盐)
1 1/2 tbsp Omam jemuju(印度香料)
50g white sesame seeds(白芝麻)
60g melted butter(溶解牛油)
250ml water(水)
1 egg(鸡蛋)
6-8 sprigs curry leaves(咖喱叶)
