Ingredients 材料:
220g melted salted butter (有盐奶油)
200g caster sugar (细砂糖)
2 tsp emulsifier/SP (乳化剂/黄油)
360g egg whites (蛋白10粒)
40g egg yolks (蛋黄2粒)
250g plain flour (普通面粉)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
2 tbsp condensed milk (甜炼乳)
1 tsp vanilla essence (香精)
20g cocoa powder (可可粉)
Steps
1. Beat caster sugar, emulsifier, egg whites, egg yolks and plain flour on high speed for 10 minuets.
2. Add in condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix well , fold in melted butter.
3. Divide the batter into 2 portion. Add cocoa powder to one. Stir till well blended.
4. Spoon in 2 scoop of white batter into a 9” mould, followed by cocoa batter. Repeat the steps till done.
