Poppy Seed Butter Cake 罂粟子牛油蛋糕 ~ Flour Batter Method 粉油拌合法

Ingredients:

250g butter (牛油) 1/4 tsp salt (盐) 1 tbsp golden syrup (金黄糖液) 250g plain flour (普通面粉) 1 tsp baking powder (发粉) 5 eggs(鸡蛋)-grade A 170g caster sugar (细砂糖) 20g Blue Poppy Seeds (罂粟子) Bake at 175°C for 40-45minutes 放入已预热烤箱烤以170°C烤约45-45分钟。 8” baking tin(8寸方形烤盘)
