Pandan Layered Cake With Jelly Fruits Topping 水果啫喱班兰咖椰蛋糕



大家还记得之前的班兰咖椰蛋糕制作吗?
我们今天来点带有设计感的班兰咖椰蛋糕,把这个蛋糕配上水果啫喱,然后就变成了水果啫喱班兰咖椰蛋糕。

Ingredients 材料:

Prepare a 8” pandan layered cake 
准备一个8寸班兰咖椰蛋糕

90g caster sugar  (细砂糖)
20g instant jelly powder (即溶遮哩粉)
450ml water(水)

Bring to boil and stir until dissolve, set aside for 10 minuets to cool down.
