Ingredients 材料:
180g plain flour (普通面粉)
230g caster sugar (细砂糖)
5 eggs -grade A(鸡蛋)
50g condensed milk (炼奶)
125ml corn oil(玉米油)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
2 tsp dark soy sauce (黑醬油)
1 tsp water, mixed with 1 tsp baking soda(1小匙水与1小匙苏打粉混合均匀)
9” bamboo basket
Steam in a preheated steamer at high heat for 30-35 minuets or until throughly.
