Ingredients 材料:
For starter 发种:
50g plain flour (面粉)
1 tsp sugar (小匙糖)
1/2 tbsp instant dry yeast (小匙溶干酵母)
250g pau flour / low protein flour (包粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
120g caster sugar (细砂糖)
150g purple sweet potatoes, steamed and mashed (150g 紫薯去皮切片,蒸熟压成泥)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
