Pulut Int 糯米椰丝糕 ~ 椰丝糕点(一)


Ingredients 材料:
300g glutinous rice, washed,soaked for 4 hour and drained 糯米, 洗了, 泡4个小时 然后流干
100ml coconut milk 浓椰浆
80ml water 水
3 pandan leaves, knotted  片班兰叶
1/2 tsp salt 小匙盐

Filling 馅料:
500g grated coconut 白椰丝
150g gula melaca,chopped 椰糖
150g caster sugar 幼糖
250ml water 水
3 pandan leaves, knotted 片班兰叶
1 tsp salt 小匙盐

1 tbsp corn flour 大匙粟米粉
1 tbsp water 大匙水

* 餡料可以只做半份*
