Red Bean Rice Pudding 红豆砵仔糕


突然想念吃以前妈妈年代的小吃砵仔糕, 现在好少能吃到好吃的砵仔糕了,没有了当年的味道,分享我们以前年代的小吃 红豆砵仔糕~ 希望你们会喜欢 (❤ ω ❤)

Miss the good old days with this delicious snack "Red Bean Rice Pudding", this snack brought back the memory when I was little. I was searching for this snack around my area, no luck. So i decided to make my own version of "Red Bean Rice Pudding". Hope you guys enjoy ~lots of Love (❤ ω ❤)

Ingredients材料:

【A】
100g red bean (红豆)
800ml water (水)

【B】
200g rice flour (粘米粉)
50g corn flour (粟粉)
50g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
450ml coconut  milk (250ml thick coconut milk add 200ml water) (椰浆 (250ml浓椰浆加200ml水))

200g caster sugar  (细砂糖)
600ml water (水)
3 pieces pandan leaves , knotted (片香兰叶,打结)
