Marble Butter Cake 大理石牛油蛋糕 ~Separated eggs method 蛋白蛋黄分开搅拌法

Ingredients : 250g butter (牛油) 125g margarine (马之林) 100g caster sugar (细砂糖) 8 egg yolks (蛋黄) 8 egg whites (蛋白) 170g caster sugar (细砂糖) 350g plain flour (普通面粉) 1 tsp baking powder (发粉) 1/4 tsp salt (盐) 125ml milk (牛奶水) 2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉) 1 tsp instant coffee powder (即溶咖啡粉) 3 tbsp boiling water (热水) 1/2 tsp coffee essence (咖啡香精)
