Pulut Tatal 蓝花咖椰糕



Ingredients 材料:

400g glutinous rice (糯米)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
150ml water (水)
1 tsp salt (小匙盐)
1 tbsp caster sugar (大匙幼糖)
3 pandan leaves(knotted) (片香兰叶,打结)
