Rempeyek /Peanut Crisp 花生脆饼





Ingredients材料 :

125g rice flour (粘米粉)
50g corn flour (玉米粉)
10g garlics (蒜头)
10g shallots (葱头)
1 tsp coriander powder(芫荽粉)
1 tsp fennel powder(大茴香)
1 egg (鸡蛋)
1/2 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)
1 tsp salt(盐)
1/2 tbsp sugar (糖)
125ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
200ml water(水)
1 tbsp oil (油)

250g peanuts(花生)
80g dried anchovies / ikan bilis (江鱼仔)
