Tradisional Fatt Gou 传统发糕


Ingredients 材料 :
【A】
125g cold rice (冷饭)
1 tsp crushed wine yeast (碎酒饼)
1/2 caster sugar (幼糖)

【B】
375ml cold boiled water (冷开水)

【C】
250g rice flour (粘米粉)
150g caster sugar (幼糖)

【D】
1 small blue packet ENO 小包原味 菓子盐 (蓝色包装)
