330g icing sugar (糖粉)
500g plain flour (普通面粉)
250g cooking oil (食油)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minuets.

Pineapple Tarts 凤梨塔

凤梨塔 也称为黃梨酥,是馬來西亞、新加坡和汶萊华人在过农历新年时,不可缺少的年餅之一哦,在平时是難以找到黃梨餅的踪迹的哦。

Pineapple tarts, is one of the important traditional Chinese New Year cookies in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, it is hard to look for this delicious cookies around the area without CNY.

Ingredients for filling 馅料的材料 :
3 pineapples (黄梨/凤梨)
250g sugar (白砂糖)
1 stick cinnamon (肉桂)
4 cloves(丁香)
1 lemon zest (柠檬皮屑)
1 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)

Ingredients for pastry 饼皮的材料  :
125g butter(牛油)
30g icing sugar (糖粉)
1 egg yolk(蛋黄)
2 tbsp egg white(蛋白)
210g plain flour (普通面粉)
15g custard powder(蛋黄粉)

Chinese Style Murukku 姆鲁古

这是我们马来西亚的当地小吃-姆鲁古,相信在国外的朋友应该没有品尝过吧。 在此,我就分享给大家制作姆鲁古的过程。 脆脆的口感一定会让大家喜欢吃的。感谢大家。

This is our Local snacks in Malaysia - Murukku, I guess you guys have not try this on overseas before, let me share this recipe for you guys "Chinese Style Murukku".  I'm sure the crunchiness of this Murukku would makes everybody like it.

Ingredients 材料:

300g glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
50g chickpea flour / gram dhall flour (马豆粉)
1 tbsp chili powder(辣椒粉)
1 tbsp sugar (糖)
1/2 tbsp salt(盐)
1 1/2 tbsp Omam jemuju(印度香料)
50g white sesame seeds(白芝麻)
60g melted butter(溶解牛油)
250ml water(水)
1 egg(鸡蛋)
6-8 sprigs curry leaves(咖喱叶)

看戏的时候突然想起以前吃过的泡米饼。还记得小时候,妈妈都会亲自弄给我们吃。我们就会一边看电影一边咬着,多痛快啊。 就让我来分享这个制作泡米饼的影片吧。希望大家会喜欢。

When I was watching TV, this Bubble Rice Crackers came into my mind. I still remember how my mother make these Bubble Rice Crackers for us to eat, watching movie and eating rice crackers was always that fun. Lets me share to you guys on how to make Bubble Rice Crackers, hope you guys enjoy.


Ingredients 材料:

【A】
250g bubble rice (泡米/米通)
150g peanuts (toasted) (炒香花生)
50g white sesame seeds (toasted) (炒香芝麻)
50g coriander (1棵芫荽)

【B】
250g sugar (幼糖)
50g maltose  (麦芽糖)
1 tbsp cooking oil (大匙食油)
1 tbsp calamansi lime juice or lime juice (大匙桔子汁或酸柑汁)
150ml water (清水)

Then you probably at the right place~ I'm sharing on how to make delicious Almond Cookies, the moment you ate 1 pcs of this cookie, it just feels like you couldn't resist to have another pcs.

Ingredients 材料:

300g plain flour (普通面粉)
100g almond nibs(杏仁粒)
100g ground almonds(杏仁粉)
100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
200ml cooking oil(食油)

(2 egg yolks add a pinch of salt and mix well - for glazing )

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minuets.

Caterpillar Cookies 毛毛虫饼干

好可爱的毛毛虫,小孩子必定拿来玩。这个毛毛虫吃起来不会很硬,反而容易入口,主要是班兰味道的哦~家家户户都喜爱,百吃不腻。

Cute little caterpillar, kids love to play with it, this cookies doesn't feel hard when bite on it, yet it went smooth into your mouth. Besides, it is Pandan flavor~everyone loves it, everyone would never had enough of it.

Ingredients 材料 :

125g butter (牛油)
50g icing sugar  (糖粉)
2 tbsp condensed milk (炼奶)
1-2 drops pandan paste (香兰香精)
200g corn flour (玉米粉)
30g plain flour (普通面粉)

Coffee Meringue 咖啡蛋白糖霜饼

轻轻的把他摆放在嘴里,入口即容的感觉,好好吃

Ingredients 材料:

180g egg whites (蛋白)
150g caster sugar  (幼糖)
25g corn flour  (粟米粉)
2 tsp instant coffee powder + 1 tsp warm water
(小匙即溶咖啡粉加入1小匙热水混合均匀)


Bake in a preheated oven at 120°C for one hour.
放入预热烤箱以120°C 烤1个小时。

Kuih Bangkit/ Coconut Milk Cookies 番婆饼#薯粉饼

Ingredients 材料 :

500g tapioca flour (木薯粉)
100g corn flour (玉米粉)
5 pcs pandan leaves (香兰叶)
3 egg yolks (蛋黄)
180g caster sugar (细砂糖)
225ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)

Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies 巧克力杏仁饼干

For those who love chocolate, I'm sure you all will love this Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies, the smell and the looks of it makes them irresistible mouthwatering.

Ingredients 材料:

125g butter(牛油)
35g Crisco shortening (白油)
50g caster sugar (细砂糖)
150g soft brown sugar (黄糖)
1 egg(鸡蛋)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (香草精)
250g plain flour (普通面粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
3/4 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
150 g chocolate chips (巧克力粒)
50g almond nibs(杏仁粒)
50g ground almonds(杏仁粉)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以170°C烤20分钟。

1/4 tsp salt  (盐)

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15-20 minuets.
放入预热烤箱以160°C上下火烤15-20分钟。
